I have been coming to Craig for just over 2 years now for various treatments and I now wouldn’t go to any other practitioner. His individualised approach to patient care is exemplary.<br>About a year ago, to my absolute horror, I developed urge incontinence which was significantly impacting my life. I tried various supplements which claimed to help, but unfortunately there was no improvement. I was therefore very excited and relieved when Craig announced the introduction of the Ultra Tesla Seat, which is used to treat pelvic issues such as incontinence, into the clinic. I knew that he wouldn't recommend anything he didn't believe would yield results, so I decided to give this treatment a try-and what a difference it has made! I now have so much more control over my bladder and I no longer feel worried about ensuring that I am in close proximity to a toilet whenever I go out. I would absolutely recommend the Ultra Tesla to anyone experiencing bladder problems. The client remains in control of the level of pulsations at all times and whilst the sensation feels strange at first, it is not painful and I quickly became accustomed to it. I completed a initial course of 2 treatments a week and I now go for a maintenance treatment once a month. It is not an over-statement to say that this treatment at CHA has been life-changing for me and I would urge (no pun intended!) anyone with pelvic issues to go for a trial session.

I highly recommend CHA clinic. Having never had any aesthetics before I was slightly nervous but Craig has been hugely informative and great throughout. I have had sessions microneedling ahead of my wedding and have had an amazing experience. My skin has never looked better and I look forward to every session with Craig!

Craig is very reliable, willing to help and advise what is best for you and he is not like other clinics that just want to get money from you. He has a really good heart because he cares about people being happy with themselves and regaining their self-confidence. He explains everything to you thoroughly before he starts anything. I cannot recommend Craig highly enough, he is absolutely incredible! Craig really takes the time to listen and understand your needs, identifying the best course of treatments to achieve the most perfect results. Such a lovely person, he completely puts you at ease and delivers the very best service.

The location of the clinic is great for me. There’s a bus from the city centre which stops right outside and if you’re travelling by car, I think you can park up in front of the clinic so no issues there. The clinic is welcoming, spotlessly clean and there’s a lot of treatments on offer with some very high tech equipment. I have tried other clinics but for me, I’ve had the best results here and never any adverse effects which I’ve always worried about. Craig listens to what you need and advises on the best course of action to achieve it. Highly recommended.
